"Alabays: Our Centuries-Old History."
The Dovletmammed Azadi City Library and the "Arkadag" TV channel jointly organized an interview titled "Alabays: Our Centuries-Old History." The aspiration of our Hero Serdar Arkadagly to fully glorify the eternal pride of our people and reveal its most valuable traits is reflected in the remarkable work by our Hero Arkadag titled "The Turkmen Alabay," which describes events in a highly artistic and accessible language, adorned with beautiful illustrations. Proverbs about the Alabay and happiness, such as "At mirat" (A horse is one's legacy), "It geldi, gut geldi" (The dog has arrived, prosperity has arrived), and "Itim-gutum" (My dog is my prosperity), prove that the Turkmen people saw their destiny in horses and their happiness in Alabay dogs. This is because the ancient heritage, bravery, sensitivity, courage, and intelligence of this beautiful creature—which the people considered a loyal friend and a reliable confidant—as well as numerous historical facts proving its great devotion and reliability, are all reflected in the book. Great efforts are being made to spread the fame of the Turkmen Alabay, the symbol of the victories of our Hero Arkadag, who is successfully continuing the path of our ancestors. At the end of the interview, wishes for good health and a long life were extended to our Hero Arkadag and our Hero Serdar Arkadagly, who have bestowed eternal happiness upon the Turkmen people.
