Arkadag City Library, named after Dovletmammet Azadi and Arkadag City Committee of the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan jointly organised a discussion on «Science and knowledge system - the basis for the development of the state and society».
Science and knowledge are the basis and an important condition for the development of any State and society. In this connection, Science Day is celebrated in our country on 12 June every year. Holding of annual international scientific conference ‘Science, technique and innovative technologies in the epoch of revival of the new era of the mighty state’, as well as the ceremony of announcement and awarding of winners of scientific competition among youth, on this wonderful date, testifies to more and more strengthening of scientific base of our country, because, as our hero Serdar Arkadagly noted, ‘Science is the way to the bright future of mankind’. An in-depth conversation was held on the important role of science in the modern life of Turkmenistan as an innovative force that gives a powerful impetus to social development.
