In this new era of sovereign state revival under the leadership of our esteemed President, Hero Serdar Arkadagly, every day of our independent, permanently neutral Turkmenistan is filled with peace and tranquility. Currently, our beloved country is preparing to celebrate the 30th anniversary of its permanent neutrality. For 34 years since our state gained its sacred independence, Turkmenistan has consistently and purposefully pursued a foreign policy strategy based on the principles of effective and positive peace, good neighborliness, equality, and mutual respect, which came from the ancient Turkmen people. Independence and neutrality inspire each of us to creative work and contribution to the development of our Motherland. May the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag, and our respected President, Hero Serdar Arkadagly, who have raised the honor and prestige of our homeland to a new level in the international arena, be healthy and live long lives, and may their great deeds for the benefit of the country and the world always be filled with prosperity!
