“Turkmenistan’s Neutrality: A Bright Path to Peace and Trust”
A meeting was held to present the valuable book by our Hero, Serdar Arkadag, titled “Turkmenistan’s Neutrality: A Bright Path to Peace and Trust,” organized jointly with the Arkadag City Special Art School named after Sakhay Jepbarov and the Arkadag City Library named after Dovletmammat Azadi. The meeting highlighted the importance of the new book for understanding the main stages of Turkmenistan’s development, as well as for a deep and comprehensive exploration of the essence of the policy of permanent neutrality in the international context of the modern era. The book emphasizes that over the years of neutrality, Turkmenistan has become a dynamically developing state, harmoniously combining national traditions with an innovative path of development, and internal stability with openness to the world. At the conclusion of the event, words of gratitude were expressed to our Hero Arkadag and our Hero Serdar Arkadag for their extensive work toward the further development of our Independent Motherland.
